• Monolingual (English): $17.00/hr
• Bilingual (English/Spanish): $18.00/hr

Schedule: Full-Time
Location: Odessa, TX – Onsite Required (Workforce Solutions)
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

We are seeking a Customer Solutions Representative to help job seekers connect with employment opportunities, workforce services, and community resources. What You'll Do

• Assist customers by phone, virtually, and in person.
• Assess customer goals and provide employment and workforce resources.
• Identify job opportunities and make appropriate referrals.
• Assist with resumes, job applications, interview preparation, and career resources.
• Provide information about local employment, education, and community services.
• Build positive relationships with customers, coworkers, and community partners.
• Follow up with customers and contribute to Career Center service goals.
• Handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and empathy.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Excellent organization, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse customers.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and good driving record.
• Ability to work onsite in the Odessa office .
• Occasional local travel may be required.
