• Monolingual (English): $22.00/hr
• Bilingual (English/Spanish): $24.00/hr

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Work Arrangement: Onsite - Workforce Solutions
Travel: Occasional travel to other offices throughout the Permian Basin
Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Solutions Supervisor to lead daily workforce service operations and support a team dedicated to helping customers achieve their employment and career goals. This role combines team leadership, customer service, workforce development, problem-solving, and staff development .

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and coordinate Resource Room activities.
• Assign staff schedules and responsibilities to ensure quality and timely customer service.
• Monitor customer flow and recommend staffing adjustments as needed.
• Train and coach team members on procedures, policies, and service expectations.
• Identify staff development needs and provide training to improve performance.
• Assist with resolving customer concerns and challenging situations.
• Ensure workforce services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with management and team members to develop solutions that support customer success.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Associate degree or undergraduate degree required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience , including 1 year of supervisory experience .
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse customers and team members.
• Strong computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Ability to analyze information and provide recommendations for action.
• Workforce development, career counseling, case management, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Must be available to work onsite at the Odessa office .
• Occasional travel to other offices in the Permian Basin may be required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, valid vehicle insurance, and a good driving record .
• Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
