Step into a pivotal part-time contract opportunity supporting students’ communication growth in a dynamic elementary school environment! This position is ideal for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a strong background in schools who is eager to make a difference within a collaborative, supportive setting.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current, active Texas SLP license
• At least one year of pediatric or school-based SLP experience (clinical fellows not eligible)
• Strong skills in administering assessments and providing direct therapy
• Ability to obtain and complete Texas-required fingerprinting expeditiously, if not already done

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech, language, and communication services to students on service plans
• Conduct state-compliant evaluations and create individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to facilitate student success
• Maintain accurate and timely records of sessions, progress reports, and compliance documentation
• Work closely with the educational team to support IEP goals and attend relevant meetings

This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) spanning the academic year, perfect for those who value work-life balance while making a meaningful impact.
