Step into a rewarding part-time contract role working with students to support their communication success. A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist is needed for a school-based assignment from September through May, offering vital therapy and assessments for students receiving service plans. This opportunity is located near Arlington, TX and involves working with a single elementary campus.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP license required
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
• At least one year of independent professional practice; CFs are not eligible for this position
• Ability to complete required fingerprinting promptly, if not already current in the state system
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to eligible students
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide thorough documentation and reporting
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP development as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
• Manage a part-time caseload efficiently over 20 hours per week
• Provide services on-site for one designated elementary school
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and district policies
