$50,000 - $150,000 at plan commissions

• Organize and build your database

• Intern with teams or agents when possible

• Complete courses and licensing to start earning commission income

• Learn sales talk and scripts

• Complete designated non-agent-allowed activities

• Misc. activities as needed

• Complete the required state pre-licensing coursework

• Participate in coaching sessions, office training, and skill development

• Learn lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building strategies

• Develop communication and time management skills through structured training

• Prepare to transition into an active real estate career upon licensure

• Sales experience

• 18 years of age or older

• High School education, college preferred

• Passing real estate school
