Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans.Provide evidence-based medical nutrition therapy for patients across various clinical settings.Counsel patients and families on nutrition, disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices.Monitor patient progress and modify nutrition interventions as appropriate.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.Interpret laboratory values and clinical data to support nutrition recommendations.Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility nutrition standards and regulations.Educate healthcare staff on nutrition-related best practices as needed.Support quality improvement and patient education initiatives.Minimum QualificationsCurrent, valid, and unrestricted NY license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.Minimum of one (1) year/s of recent experience as an Dietitian.Additional certifications may be required.Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).BenefitsCompetitive PayHealth, Dental, Vision, Life & Short-Term Disability Insurance (eligibility begins after 60 days)401(k) Retirement PlanTravel Stipends for Qualified Candidates
