What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality care for patients undergoing complex cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures, including TAVR, MitraClip, and structural heart interventions
• Assist in invasive and monitoring functions, including circulating, scrubbing, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Administer vasoactive drugs and sedation, ensuring sterile technique and patient safety
• Support the team with critical assessments and equipment operation, including EMR systems and imaging devices
• Float between Willis Knighton Pierremont and Bossier facilities, adapting to diverse patient needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in orientation and upskilling sessions to maintain clinical excellence

What You Need

• Required:
  • Valid RN license; BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
  • Experience in Cath Lab settings (minimum 1.5 years recently)
  • Ability to scrub, monitor, and circulate in complex procedures
  • Driver's license and willingness to float between facilities
  • Skills in vascular and cardiac interventions, sterile technique, and critical patient assessment
• Preferred:
  • Experience with Impella, Rotoblater, IABP, Pnumbra, Laser, Lithotripsy Atherectomy
  • Knowledge of EMR: Meditech Expanse and Merge hemodynamic systems
