Plant Operations Leader — Lean, Safe, High-Impact Greenhouse

Gotham Greens is seeking a Plant Manager for our Stevensburg, VA greenhouse to lead daily operations, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and manage the site P&L. You will supervise a diverse operations team, mentor leaders, and implement LEAN improvements while upholding GMPs and food safety standards. You will report to the Director of Operations and partner with cross-functional teams to sustain top-notch customer service and production performance in a fast-paced, growth-focused #J-18808-Ljbffr Gotham Greens
