Help Me Grow Navigator Family Referral Specialist
MHMR Tarrant
MHMR is seeking a Help Me Grow Navigator to provide access and referral service coordination for families contacting MHMR through multiple channels. You will connect callers to appropriate internal or external resources and work with families until all needs are met and follow-up is scheduled. This role emphasizes the mission of MHMR and adherence to the agency’s 7 key principles for early intervention in natural environments, with a bachelor’s degree as a minimum and bilingual English/Spanish #J-18808-Ljbffr MHMR Tarrant
