ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Backend Engineer to build and maintain production-grade services that power our HR, payroll, and compliance platform. You will work on core backend systems that help global businesses scale their teams efficiently and compliantly. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design and develop robust REST APIs using C# and . NET. - Work with PostgreSQL to design, query, and maintain relational databases. - Contribute to microservices architecture decisions and implementations. - Deploy and maintain services on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Build and improve CI/CD pipelines to support reliable, continuous delivery. - Write clean, well-tested, production-grade code that meets high reliability standards. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 3 to 5 years of professional backend engineering experience shipping production-grade code.
- Strong proficiency in C# and the . NET ecosystem. - Solid experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design. - Proven track record building and maintaining REST APIs. - Familiarity with microservices architecture patterns. - Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: PHP 50,000 to PHP 80,000 per month. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LOCATION This is a fully remote role.
