Travel OB Care Coordinator RN

Travel: Onsite Lodging - A room is available for this role EMR: Cerner Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 1 hour lunch Call: N/A Additional Details about the position Must have a specialized knowledge of the particular patient population Knowledge of chart documentation Knowledge of referral services Procedures Network with providers and agencies to provide ongoing follow-up and care services in OB/IP department Coordinate patient appointments for outpatient services, specialty clinics, and external clinics, and confirm travel arrangements Obtain medical records from other facilities and providers and verify records are complete before forwarding to Health Information Management Process patient referrals from NSHC and Specialty providers and track through Cerner Referral Management

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

5 years working as an RN required Needs pediatric or OB experience, both would be a plus IHS Experience Other AK facility experience Self-sufficient and confident that they can hit the ground running.
