Experienced Scheduler for Medical Office

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Scheduler for a medical office, based in Frisco, TX. The Scheduler will manage appointment scheduling, ensure accurate and timely coordination of patient visits, procedure appointments, and handle phone communications effectively. They will interact with patients, provide excellent customer service, and utilize medical terminology to assist with scheduling office visits. Responsibilities: Assist with high-volume calls Maintain physician schedules, scheduling office visits and procedures. Take triage call messages for medical staff. View patient visit notes, identifying problems, diagnosis listed, and physician orders. Assist in patient registration and financial transactions. May schedule radiology/lab. May include recall scheduling.
