Big Bend Regional Medical Center Alpine, TX 79830, USA Description Physical Therapist Assistant Part-Time Position (20 hours per week) Job Summary: Implementing and following PT plans of care that have been established by our full-time physical therapists Routine collaboration with the supervising PT to adjust and advance plans of care as needed Our department provides rehabilitation services to acute care and skilled swing bed patients where you will be collaborating with OT, ST, nursing, case management, and physicians. In outpatient, you will be assisting patients with a variety of diagnoses: geriatric, neuro, spine, sports medicine, and orthopedics. Our clinical focus is movement assessment and functional training across the spectrum of clinical diagnoses. It is a dynamic and fast paced growing clinic Qualifications: Texas licensed Texas Therapist Assistant Associate degree from an accredited physical therapy assistant program Because of the small- town atmosphere, compassionate custom service and relationship building is essential.
