Barista - Morning Crew

Pull the first shots of the day for Asheville's most creative corner. Good coffee, good people, home by mid-afternoon.

Schedule: Full time (4 shifts/week)

• Early morning | 6am1pm or 9am4pm

Pay: $15/hr base + tips.

The Radical isn't a chain hotel with a coffee counter bolted on. We're a creative, art-driven lifestyle hotel in the heart of the River Arts District - the kind of place where makers, locals, and travelers all end up at the same bar. You'll be the first face and the first great cup of everyone's day. Bring your personality; we'll give you the room to use it.

What you'll do

• Craft espresso, pour-overs, and seasonal drinks that people remember
• Greet guests and regulars like you're genuinely glad to see them (because you are)
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and running smooth through the morning rush
• Bring ideas - new drinks, local touches, whatever makes the experience better

What we're looking for

• A warm, upbeat presence you actually like people, even before coffee
• Comfortable with early starts and a steady morning pace
• Barista experience is a plus, a great attitude matters more. We'll teach the rest
• No degree required, just show up ready to make someone's morning
