Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Location: 100 Nagog Park, Acton Massachusetts 01720
Shift: Monday to Thursday (6am - 6:30pm) & (6pm - 6:30am)
Pay rate: $24 - $27/hr on W2
Job Overview:
- We are seeking an Manufacturing Technician to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced medical device production environment.
- This role supports production, quality, and preventive maintenance while ensuring compliance with GMP and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, set up, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic preventive maintenance.
- Monitor production quality and process performance.
- Use measuring tools, HMIs, and computer systems for production and inventory tasks.
- Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with automated equipment and measuring tools preferred.
- Medical device or cleanroom experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
