Schedule : 40 Hours per Week
Pay Rate : $42.70 to $47.29 per Hour

What You’ll Do
As an Administrator Construction Manager , you’ll lead the charge in ensuring our construction projects exceed quality standards, stay on schedule, and adhere to budgets. Collaborating with a diverse team, you’ll:

• Oversee OSP construction activities performed by contractors.
• Coordinate with state/local municipalities and utilities to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage project schedules, inspections, materials, and documentation.
• Investigate and report on plant damage, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Work cross-functionally with teams like logistics, engineering, and project management to deliver excellence.

What You’ll Bring

• Expertise in OSP construction standards, practices, and state/local safety regulations.
• Experience : 5+ years of combined OSP construction and splicing.
• Adaptability to work outdoors in all weather, travel as needed, and occasionally work overtime or on-call.
• Strong Communication skills to foster collaboration and effective problem-solving.
• A valid driver’s license and a passion for creating a connected world.

Pay Details: $42.70 to $47.29 per hour
