WE OFFER: Work Environment : Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) Compensation : $25.35 Hourly Fixed Rate Team Culture : Supportive, collaborative, and growth-focused culture where teamwork, open communication, flexibility, and innovation are valued. Work Schedule : Between the hours 8am-5pm EST, with flexibility as needed to meet night training schedule once a quarter (4PM - 12AM). Travel : Some travel is required, including intermittent overnight trips. Quarterly travel to the Willingboro and Marlboro locations may also be required, with these locations generally within an hour’s drive of the main location. 401 K plan with up to 3% employer match after one year of service. The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker and passionate trainer, well-versed in the latest tools and resources to enhance employee training and performance. Our Talent Development Specialists/Trainers play a vital role in delivering high-quality services, and your expertise will make a meaningful impact! WHAT YOU WILL DO: New Employee Orientation: Lead engaging sessions to welcome and prepare new hires. Training & Software: Use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook to support training and create materials. Communication & Collaboration: Communicate training needs and collaborate with trainers on organizational and in-service training. Learning Management System: Track training completions, classes, and required data to support compliance. Virtual Training: Deliver training through Zoom, GoToMeeting, and Teams, including technical support as needed. Resource Coordination: Partner with staff to maximize training effectiveness and program outcomes. Role Structure: 50% administrative and 50% facilitation, with 75% of facilitation in person and 25% virtual across multiple states; average class size of 10. Qualifications MUST HAVE: Experience/Education: 1-2 years of experience or education related to staff training or in-service presentation. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in conducting virtual or web-based training programs. Physical requirements: Instructors must demonstrate physical coordination and skill, which may include the ability to maintain balance while moving or being pushed or pulled. They must also be able to lower themselves into a half- squat position while keeping their back straight. Instructors will also be performing hands-on demonstrations of crisis intervention techniques. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint and virtual platforms such as Zoom, Teams, and GoToMeeting.

Certifications: Must either currently hold or be able to obtain certifications in required training programs. These include, but are not limited to: Safety Care, CPR, CBRF First Aid (including choking), CBRF Fire Safety, CBRF Standard Precautions, CPI, MANDT, and any other state or Dungarvin-required programs . Learning Management Systems: Experience usingReliasorWorkdayLearning. Population Experience: Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Large Group Facilitation: Comfort leading sessions with up to 50 participants.
