Customer Service Representative
Begin a rewarding career in healthcare with a great organization where your growth and contribution matter. As the welcoming face of our clinic, you will help create a positive experience for every patient while building valuable skills in healthcare.
Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative serves as a key liaison between patients and healthcare staff by scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, and providing timely, professional assistance.
Required:
High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred:
Completion of a Medical Terminology course.
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally, courteously, and effectively.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- One to two (12) years of customer service experience.
- Two (2) years of customer service experience in a healthcare-related environment.
- Responsible for serving patients across all age groups.
