Purpose : 

We’re seeking a compassionate, committed and organized Client Concierge to join our top performing team. This person plays a pivotal role as the first one to welcome new clients to our Agency and guide them through the onboarding process. S/he may work with anyone from first-time home buyers to multi-millionaires investing in luxury real estate valued at more than $20M. This person will be the first to welcome all clients who enter the office and serve as the general office manager at this location for all administrative purposes.

Client Concierge Duties:

• This is a GREAT opportunity for a Customer Service Rep with insurance industry experience who is very organized and loves helping clients but has no desire to sell
• Onboard all Personal Lines clients
• Lead clients through any initial insurance inspections, required documents, etc. while communicating with the insurance companies on behalf of the client.
• Answer all inbound calls
• Process payments, provide proof of insurance, ID cards, etc.
• Monitor incoming texts, voicemails and faxes. Send to appropriate team members
• Mail (inbound and outbound)
• Order + store general office supplies
• Scan + upload documents for clients + team members
• Call and follow up with clients whose insurance is being cancelled due to non-pay
• Communicate what documents are required by insurance carriers at renewal and provide updated docs to the insurance company (Missing or rejected documents. Rejected payments)

We are looking for applicants who are professional, confident, outgoing, and excited about a career in Customer Service.

• Have their insurance license
• Have at least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Be friendly, fun, organized and thoughtful
• Be able to successfully juggle multiple priorities + personalities
• Welcome feedback and be committed to continual growth

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalence is mandatory
• Associates degree preferred but not required
