This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll influence strategy, guide operations, and help steer the future of a growing, multi-location business. Responsibilities You’ll oversee the full accounting function, ensuring a timely close and delivering clear, actionable financial reporting while strengthening processes and controls. A key focus is proactive cash management and forecasting, especially within a leasing-based model where timing and flow drive decisions. You’ll build and maintain financial projections across income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow. As a member of the leadership team, you’ll partner with executive leaders to shape strategy, support store operations with practical insights, and lead teams across Accounting, HR, and IT. Qualifications You bring a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA strongly preferred) and 7+ years leading accounting functions and teams. You’ve worked in complex environments with multiple revenue streams, including leasing, sales, inventory, and multi-location operations. You pair strong technical accounting expertise with business acumen and can translate financial data into clear insights for leaders. You’re a hands‑on, collaborative leader who thrives in close‑knit environments; experience in a privately held or ESOP company is a plus.
