The Job

This prestigious group is an industry leader in medical risk management, disease management, chronic care programs and healthcare delivery services. 

They currently serve over 400,000 patients in Texas and Florida, directly employ more than 1500 physicians, as well as provide contracted medical management services to many contracted independent practices.  Annual revenues last year were over $2 billion.

This exceptional position will oversee Palliative and Hospice service across the Houston Metroplex and includes supervision of Home and Supportive care for patients unable to easily visit the groups multiple local clinics.  Patient facing is conducted in both home, hospital and Long Term Care facilities

Qualifications

Requirements for this lucrative, leadership position are:  Outgoing, charismatic personality and the ability to be the Houston face of the organization within Hospice and Palliative care. Board Certification in specialty, the ability to manage, mentor and inspire staff provider personnel, knowledge of and experience with Medicare Advantage programs.
