We’re a one‑dentist office with a great patient base, a supportive team, and a positive, low‑drama work environment. Position Overview: This role is focused on insurance and patient collections, while also supporting the front office as needed. We’re looking for someone who is organized, confident with insurance, and great with patients. Responsibilities: Insurance verification and breakdowns Submitting and tracking claims Following up on unpaid claims and denials Managing insurance and patient collections Posting payments and reconciling accounts Communicating with patients regarding balances and insurance Assisting front desk with check‑in/check‑out, phones, and scheduling as needed Qualifications: Experience with dental insurance required Strong understanding of PPO plans and claim processes Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable Team player willing to help wherever needed Schedule: 4 days per week (preferred). Open to discussing part‑time for the right candidate.
