Operations Supervisor

Adecco is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for a high-volume distribution center in Perris, CA. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can drive productivity, develop associates, maintain accountability, and support a positive team environment.

Pay: $72k Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM (2nd shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations and coordinate staffing, labor allocation, and workflow.

• Coach, motivate, and develop associates while setting clear expectations and addressing performance concerns fairly and consistently.

• Monitor and explain operational KPIs such as units per hour (UPH), throughput, productivity, and accuracy.

• Identify performance gaps, take corrective action, and track improvements against production goals.

• Resolve associate concerns and operational challenges while maintaining a safe, respectful workplace.

• Partner with site leadership to meet service, quality, and safety objectives.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or similar operations leadership experience.

• Candidates with 2+ years in a hands-on operations Lead role may also be considered.

• Experience directly leading operational teams and holding associates accountable for results.

• Ability to discuss KPIs, including UPH or comparable productivity measures, and provide examples of improvements achieved.

• Strong coaching, conflict resolution, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Availability for second shift, overtime, and weekends based on business needs.

Pay Details: $72,000.00 per year
