Job Description

Operations Manager – Warehouse & Distribution

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations across DTC and B2B channels. This role will lead warehouse teams, manage inventory, shipping/receiving, labor planning, safety, and process improvements while ensuring operational efficiency and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations
Manage receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping
Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff
Monitor KPIs and improve operational processes
Ensure safety, accuracy, and warehouse organization
Coordinate with transportation, purchasing, sales, and customer service teams

Qualifications:

5+ years of warehouse/3PL operations experience
5+ years in a senior management or supervisory role
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience with DTC, B2B, and multi-client operations
Knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and supply chain operations
Forklift certification preferred

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually
