We Offer Comprehensive 10‑week training period—8 weeks in the field with a dedicated trainer and 2 weeks of classroom‑based training in Loveland, CO. Four 10‑hour shifts per week after training, with 3 days off per week. Company car with maintenance and fuel paid for by us. Company cell phone. Corporate credit card for company expenses. Job Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration/verification of instrumentation using established company standard work. Promote a positive customer experience and serve as on‑site customer contact for technical and service‑related problems. Work in a wide variety of municipal and industrial settings, including drinking water & wastewater treatment facilities, refineries, chemical manufacturing plants, food & beverage processing facilities, etc.; some applications may involve instrument servicing in NEC hazardous locations (Class I Division 2). Submit prompt, accurate service reports that influence billing, inventory, instrument history, and instrument failure monitoring. Follow safe work practices according to company policy. Execute administrative activities in support of service visits. Location and Travel This role will be based in the Seattle area and supports our customers throughout the territory. Daily travel to customer sites with up to 75 % overnight stays. Company‑paid travel, accommodations, and meals are provided for overnight stays. Qualifications Previous experience in a travel‑based field service and/or customer‑facing roles is strongly preferred. High school diploma required; associate’s/technical degree preferred, or a combination of education and experience. Basic mechanical aptitude; experience with preventative maintenance and technical diagnostics/repair is helpful but not required. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to rent vehicles and/or book hotel rooms for business travel. Compensation US only: The compensation range for this role is $29.00 – $31.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for incentive pay.
