Americas Procurement Leader: Strategic Sourcing & Growth

Johnson Matthey Inc. is seeking an Americas Procurement Lead to shape strategy and execution across the region. You will partner with senior leaders to drive value through cost optimisation, supplier collaboration and sustainable sourcing. You will lead a high‑performing procurement team across plants and business units, deliver strategic sourcing, contract management and risk mitigation, and champion governance and continuous improvement to strengthen procurement capability.
