HR Manager

Immediate need for a talented HR Manager. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Stamford, CT(Onsite). Key Responsibilities: Provide HR business partner support to Technology leaders, focusing on talent management, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders on staffing, retention, and performance management activities. Support talent review processes, including preparation of materials and action item tracking. Manage key HR operating rhythms, ensuring effective communication and follow-through on priorities. Analyze people data to identify trends and provide insights to HR and Technology leadership. Develop engagement plans and initiatives that align with company culture and values. Facilitate change management and support the development of leadership capabilities. Lead or assist with special projects and HR initiatives as needed. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field. Experience in financial services or technology sectors. 5+ years of increasing HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR consulting experience. 5+ years of project management, program management, or strategic partnering experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Experience supporting executive or senior-level clients in a complex corporate environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile data and develop actionable insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel; experience with HR systems is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
