• Experience: NICU Level III/IV experience preferred

What You'll Do:

• Provide specialized neonatal care, including ventilator management and medication administration
• Perform procedures such as arterial line and central line care for neonates
• Document care using the EPIC system accurately
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team and families via SBAR
• Assist with management of neonates with respiratory distress, glucose issues, and those requiring surgical or cardiac interventions
• Support multidisciplinary team collaboration, including pharmacy, radiology, respiratory, and social services

What You Need:

• Active RN license in Ohio or applicable state, with BLS and NRP certifications
• Previous experience in Level III/IV NICU settings
• Proficiency in neonatal respiratory and cardiovascular management
• Strong skills in infection control, IV therapy, and neonatal procedures
• Ability to work the night shift and adapt to a fast-paced environment

About the Assignment:

This assignment takes place in a leading hospital supporting a Level III NICU that cares for neonates from 22 weeks gestation and above. You will be part of a specialized team dedicated to high-acuity neonatal care, utilizing advanced equipment and adhering to best practices to support some of the most vulnerable patient populations.
