Job Description
Title
NICU Registered Nurse - Level III NICU

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of NICU Level III experience (Level IV experience preferred)
- Experience with patient ratios of 2-3 neonates
- Valid compact or state RN license
- Certifications: BLS, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- Proficiency in ventilator management, IV therapy, line care, feeding tube management, dysrhythmia interpretation, and infection control

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide specialized care for neonates, including respiratory support and glucose management
- Manage pre-/post-operative care for surgical and cardiac transfers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including NPs, pharmacy, and social services
- Perform procedures such as umbilical artery/vein catheter insertion and central line management
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and isolation precautions
- Monitor and respond to changes in neonatal health status

Compliance / Notes
- Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
- COVID-19 vaccine not required
- Fingerprinting required immediately after booking
