SUPERVISORY HOUSING MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Duties
Provides technical housing expertise and assistance to garrison Commander/Manager and other installation staff in representing Department of the Army, Army Command, and garrison objectives.
Serves as the Contracting Officer Representative, responsible for management oversight; guidance, fiscal policy, and control of contractor owned-government leased quarters as required or appointed.
Represents the organization in installation level meetings and or at various conferences and meetings with local officials and other federal, state, or legal organizations concerning current housing programs, practices, and trends.
Directs the work of housing office employees.
