HR Generalist
My client located in downtown Dallas, Texas is in need of an HR Generalist. This is a direct hire, fully onsite opportunity.
Project Management Firm HR Generalist Responsibilities
Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to support the day to day HR operations of the organization.
This individual will serve as a key resource for employees and leadership by administering employee benefits, coordinating onboarding, maintaining HR records, and ensuring a positive employee experience.
Administer employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits, enrollment, and eligibility.
Coordinate all aspects of new hire onboarding, including orientation, paperwork, and benefit enrollment.
Maintain employee personnel files and HR records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Process employee status changes and maintain HR documentation.
Assist with annual open enrollment and benefits administration throughout the year.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
Support managers and employees with general HR questions and day to day personnel matters.
Maintain HRIS data and generate reports as needed.
Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance the employee experience. HR Generalist Background Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
5 to 7 years of Human Resources experience.
Strong experience administering employee benefits, including health insurance and 401(k) plans.
Experience coordinating employee onboarding and orientation.
Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Experience maintaining HR records and HRIS systems.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
PHR or SHRM certification is a plus. Feature and Benefits:
