Occupational Therapist
Infinity Rehab
Infinity Rehab is seeking an O ccupational Therapist within our therapy team at Avamere Rehabilitation of Pearl at Kruse Way located in Lake Oswego, OR . Position Highlights:
- Work-life balance: flexible schedule M-F, Tu-Sa, or Su-Th, 4, 6, or 8 hours/day
- Technology: Utilization of NetHealth for point of service documentation with laptop or iPad
- Clinical Expertise: We are leaders in the industry with standardized assessments and evidence-based practice for maximization of patient care and optimal results

- Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions includingorthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians' orders
- Supervise COTAs, directing and supporting them in the care of the patients you serve
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or higher in occupational therapy
- State license
- We welcome new graduates to this program and will provide mentorship as you learn your role and grow as a therapist
- One year of experience as an OT
