\nCall Responsibilities\n
\nVery light after-hours telephonic call\n
\nCalls are first triaged by experienced RN staff\n
\nProvider contacted only for urgent situations or documentation clarification\n
\n
\nWeekend or Holiday Call: None\n
\nClinics are closed on major holidays.\n
\n
\nSchedule & Coverage\n
\nExpected Schedule\n
\nMonday through Friday coverage\n
\nFive days per week preferred\n
\nOpen to 3–4 consecutive day schedules\n
\nLunch Break: 1 hour\n
\n
\nCandidate Requirements\n
\nFNP or PA-C\n
\nMinimum 5+ years of experience preferred\n
\nWillingness to see 16–18 patients per day\n
\nMeet quality metrics for preventive and chronic disease management\n
\n
\nCredentialing\n
\nFast credentialing turnaround\n
\nCredentialing with major payors supported\n
\nPrior Medicare/Medicaid enrollment not required but preferred\n
