Front of House Manager

Front of House Manager (Service Manager) Thai Diner is looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to join our leadership team. Requirements Minimum 3 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant Strong leadership and team-building skills are a must Exceptional attention to detail Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Calm, organized, and solutions-oriented under pressure Passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing others Genuine love of hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Experience handling guest relations and service recovery Wine knowledge is a plus Open availability Responsibilities Lead the dining room and direct the flow of service with confidence, professionalism, and warmth Inspire, mentor, and support the front-of-house team through hands-on leadership Create an environment where both guests and employees feel welcomed, respected, and valued Lead by example while maintaining a positive, accountable, and collaborative culture Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of front-of-house staff Perform opening and closing management responsibilities Ensure restaurant service, hospitality, cleanliness, and quality standards are consistently met Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure seamless communication and execution Continuously look for opportunities to improve service and the overall guest experience Benefits Competitive salary Health insurance Paid Time Off Wellness/Gym benefit Please send your resume along with a brief note introducing yourself and telling us why you’d be a great fit for Thai Diner.
