At Puttery, every visit is a reason to celebrate.Job PurposeThe Front of House Manager is responsible for leading all guest-facing operations to deliver a high-energy, elevated hospitality experience. This role oversees service execution, staff performance, guest satisfaction, and floor operations, ensuring consistency with Puttery's brand standards while driving revenue, efficiency, and team engagement. It will have a focus on bar management.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all front-of-house service areas, including hosts, servers, bartenders, and support staffExecuting bar program including training, ordering and inventory.Ensure exceptional guest experiences from arrival through departure, resolving issues promptly and professionallyMaintain service standards aligned with brand expectations, including pacing, presentation, and hospitality toneActively manage the floor during peak periods to ensure smooth flow, engagement, and energyCreate and manage FOH schedules to align with business volume and labor targetsEnsure proper staffing coverage for regular service, events, and high-volume periodsCollaborate with BOH, Events, and Management teams to ensure operational alignmentMonitor daily readiness, including pre-shift meetings, staff appearance, and station setupSupport revenue growth through strong service execution, upselling, and guest engagementMonitor labor, service efficiency, and cost controls within FOH operationsAssist in inventory oversight for front-of-house supplies and bar operationsSupport event execution and private bookings from a service and guest-experience perspectiveHire, train, coach, and develop front-of-house team membersSet clear expectations around performance, service standards, and professionalismConduct performance feedback, disciplinary actions, and recognition as neededFoster a positive, inclusive, and accountable team cultureEnsure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and company policiesEnforce responsible alcohol service and food safety standardsMaintain a safe, respectful, and compliant workplace environmentQualifications3+ years of management experience in high-volume hospitality, nightlife, or entertainment venuesProven ability to lead diverse teams in fast-paced environmentsStrong guest-service mindset with confident decision-making skillsExperience with scheduling, labor management, and performance coachingKnowledge of alcohol service regulations and hospitality best practicesExcellent communication, organization, and leadership skillsFlexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidaysWorking ConditionsFast-paced, high-energy environment with extended periods of standing and walkingEvening, weekend, and holiday shifts requiredExposure to loud music, crowds, and nightlife-style settingsAbility to lift up to 25 lbs and move throughout the venue as neededPuttery is committed to equal opportunity in the workplace, preventing discrimination and harassment, including sexual misconduct, based on legally protected diversity characteristics (such as race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, family status, citizenship, genetic information and veteran status) in its application and hiring processes and in its employment decisions.
