As a Compliance Program Specialist within PNC's Treasury Management Merchant Services organization, you will be based remotely.
Job Description
Supports compliance programs designed to promote adherence to applicable laws, regulations, card network requirements, and internal policies. Assists with the execution of compliance-related activities and identifies potential concerns for escalation.
Supports key business initiatives by gathering, reviewing, and analyzing information to help identify compliance considerations and potential impacts. Assists in evaluating compliance implications related to marketing materials, sales programs, product development efforts, documentation reviews, and other business initiatives.
Researches applicable laws, regulations, and industry requirements and assists with maintaining Compliance Manuals, procedures, job aids, and other supporting documentation to help ensure alignment with regulatory and enterprise expectations.
Executes assigned compliance monitoring and review activities to support adherence to established controls, processes, and risk management requirements. Works with business partners to obtain information, resolve questions, and support compliance program objectives.
Assists with the preparation of compliance reports, tracking of issues and action items, and identification of trends or themes. Supports enhancements to reporting processes and tools used to monitor compliance activities and regulatory requirements.
Critical Skills for Success
Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal partners, merchants, and third parties.
Experience supporting Visa and Mastercard compliance activities, card network rule requirements, or related payment industry functions.
Basic understanding of PCI DSS requirements and payment compliance concepts, with willingness to learn applicable payment regulations and industry requirements.
Experience executing recurring control management activities, including RCSA support, control performance and testing, evidence collection, issue tracking, compliance reviews, and other risk and control-related responsibilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Team-oriented with a strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to overall team objectives.
This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.

Job Description
Implements compliance programs to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper business practices. Develops ability to constructively challenge conclusions/status quo.
Supports key business initiatives by gathering and analyzing data to identify compliance risks. May assist in suggesting resolutions. As necessary, escalates identified risks to senior team members. Identifies compliance impact on matters such as marketing materials, sales programs, product development, documentation review and other business initiatives.
Assesses activity for existing and emerging risks. May evaluate the materiality of the risks identified. Researches current laws, rules, and other regulatory requirements and drafts or assesses Compliance Manuals, Front Office materials, policies and procedures to ensure alignment.
Coordinates the compliance monitoring program and reviews activity to ensure it falls within established risk control limits. Executes on the Compliance program objectives for assigned area, products/services, and applicable regulations. May communicate and socialize compliance program objectives to business partners. Under supervision, challenges analyses and formulates recommendations.
Prepares compliance reports. Identifies issues illustrated by the reports, escalates through proper governance channels as needed. Assists, as appropriate, in updating or implementing new/enhanced reports in order to ensure timely and effective compliance with regulatory requirements.

Base Salary: $52,500.00 - $105,000.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
