Executive Housekeeper

Description The Courtyard Rochester Downtown , managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a DRIVEN Guest Service Agent. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a clean and comfortable stay. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures Train and supervise housekeeping staff Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained Manage inventory and order supplies as needed Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for staff and guests Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience What are we looking for?
