Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees. Create a positive, engaging, and performance-driven work environment. Provide regular coaching, feedback, and recognition to team members. Help establish clear expectations and accountability. Sales and Customer Service: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service. Drive membership, product, and service sales. Consistently achieve personal and store performance goals. Build relationships with customers and provide personalized wellness recommendations. Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively. Operations and Business Management: Support daily spa operations in a fast-paced environment. Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management. Assist with scheduling and staffing to maximize productivity. Review operational reports and performance metrics. Help control expenses and support revenue growth initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Facility and Brand Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Ensure proper sanitation and equipment cleaning procedures are followed. Support facility maintenance and operational excellence. Help uphold the Wellness City brand experience at all times. Qualifications Experience Preferred: Sales leadership Customer service Fitness, wellness, beauty, spa, or tanning industry experience Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership and team-building abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven mindset with a focus on results Ability to coach and motivate employees Strong organization and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications Ability to prioritize, delegate, and follow through Schedule Expectations Approximately 35-40 hours per week Five-day workweek Day, evening, and weekend availability required Must be able to provide management coverage as business needs require Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, reach, and lift products, supplies, and equipment. Ability to perform cleaning and sanitation duties. Ability to lift and carry boxes and supplies as needed.
