Shift: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - UnityPoint Health.

Additional Details:

Unit Details: Equipment used: Impella, IABP, Shockwave, Penumbra, EKOS, 3D mapping systems, stimulation systems.

Shift & Scheduling: Every 3-4th weekend. Shared call among team members; 4-person call team.

Floating Requirements: May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required for submission

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification CI
