Job Opening: Personal Care Aide (PCA)

Self-Direct, Inc. provides high quality care to individuals in NYS who are at risk of nursing home placement, or who need extra care at home or in the community. Our goal is to help clients maintain their independence and live a safe and healthy lifestyle.

Personal Care Aide (PCA) - Responsible for providing personal care, and supportive services which includes, but is not limited to assisting the client in activities of daily living, planning and preparing meals, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Available Shifts: ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE

• Mornings, mid-days, and overnights
• Weekends and/or weekday options

Qualifications:

• We accept PCA, HHA, CHHA's, and CNA certifications for this position.
• Is your certification lapsed or expired? We can accept expired certifications.**
• We will also consider non-certified individuals with personal care experience**
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Pre-employment physical required
• Proof of MMR vaccination
• Successfully pass NYS DOH background check
• Must have reliable transportation
