Senior Staff Accountant

We are partnering with a private investment and management firm to identify a Senior Staff Accountant . This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with real estate experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be a key contributor within a growing organization. Location: Pacific Palisades, CA - 100% Onsite (Monday-Friday) Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 annually Employment Type: Direct Hire Start Date: ASAP About the Opportunity Our client is an established investment management firm with a diverse portfolio across real estate, finance, and private equity investments. Due to increased workload and business growth, they are adding a full-time Senior Staff Accountant to support the accounting team. Required Qualifications Real estate accounting experience Strong accounts payable experience Proficiency with bank reconciliations and journal entries Yardi Voyager experience required Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and spreadsheet analysis Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records Prepare and post journal entries Manage accounts payable processes Support month-end and year-end close activities Assist with financial reporting and account analysis Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies Collaborate with accounting leadership on various projects and reporting needs Maintain accurate records within Yardi Voyager All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
