Overview Job Purpose: Compile information to prepare financial statements. Qualifications Ability to use a 10-key calculator, telephone, copy machine, and computer Ability to lift bound computer reports weight up to 20 lbs. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Essential Job Functions Reconciling balance sheet accounts and bank statements. Reconciling daily and monthly activity in all business venues. Preparing monthly journal entries (recurring and adjusting). Preparation of monthly contribution schedule. Preparation of audited, detailed monthly financial statements. Perform other duties as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr PainCeptor
