What you Need to make a Difference Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location. Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility. Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.
