Hiring a 1st Shift Sit-Down Forklift Operator in Elizabethtown, PA!

We are looking for a skilled Forklift Operator to efficiently receive, store, and ship parts delivered by ocean freight, air freight, and courier. The role involves picking parts corresponding to each pick list, verifying picked orders according to the packing list, and packing orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe shipment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize non-powered material handling equipment to transport inventory to and from storage and shipping areas.
• Use RF scanners to pick and pack customer orders, ensuring accuracy in type and quantity of all components.
• Select and construct appropriate packaging materials to ensure safe transport of products to their final destination.
• Utilize RF scanners, computers, and scales to process orders for shipment.
• Verify inbound deliveries against manifests to ensure product and quantity accuracy.
• Perform stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Type & Location

This is a contract to hire position based out of Elizabethtown, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
