Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year A bit about us: You'll handle the day to day financial operations across multiple operating and investment entities, everything from journal entries to commission processing, while working closely with brokers, property managers, and clients on a regular basis. Hybrid work schedule Medical, Dental, Vision Bonus Job Details What You'll Do Code, review, and submit accounts payable weekly Review and post all incoming receivables daily Generate invoices and lien waivers from brokers, clients, and title companies Calculate and process broker commissions per agreed upon rates Track daily activity across bank and lockbox accounts Complete monthly bank reconciliations for operating and investment entities Prepare monthly intercompany invoices and manage reimbursements Draft monthly client reimbursement invoices Reconcile monthly credit card statements for AP posting Support the preparation of monthly financial reports Contribute to the annual budgeting process Help gather documentation for annual audits Take on ad hoc reporting as needed What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting 2 to 4 years of relevant experience Strong command of Microsoft Office Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics is a plus Comfortable picking up new software quickly organized, detail oriented, and able to juggle priorities Works well on a team but doesn't need hand holding Trustworthy with confidential information Interested in hearing more?
