McIntosh Box and Pallet is hiring for a 1st Production Team Member to join our team in Mineral, VA! We are looking for a technically skilled individual with excellent attention to detail to join our team as a 1st Shift Production Team Member in Mineral, VA! Shift: 6am to 3:30pm Monday to Thursday and 6am to 10am Fridays Pay: Starting at $15.50 Responsibilities Run wood processing equipment such as Cut-Off saws, Notchers, and Stake Pointers Build specialty pallets and skids Perform maintenance on equipment such as changing blades and greasing Keep production areas clean and organized Adhere to safety management standards Comply with company policies and safety guidelines Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facility Operate and manage technical equipment Benefits 401 (k) 401 (k) Matching Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Employee Assistance Program Health Savings Account Life Insurance Paid Time Off Requirements Good organizational skills Strong work ethic Reliable Eagerness to learn Nail guns and saws experience preferred Ability to lift 50 lbs.
