We are seeking a full-time Fire and HVAC Controls Technician based in Montverde, Orlando, FL.

You will be required to do installs, programming, and perform diagnostics, as well as troubleshoot and repair complex control system malfunctions. This is a field-based role for someone experienced in HVAC and electrical systems who understands DDC systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Diagnosing and repairing Building Automation systems

- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical components to optimize HVAC

- Running advanced diagnostics and sensor calibration

- Interacting with clients and co-workers

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- High school diploma or equivalent and OSHA 10 certification

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician (preferred)

- Experience with BAS platforms and Microsoft Office

- Mechanical background with experience in HVAC systems and electrical systems

- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints and network wiring diagrams

- Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving ability

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Valid Driver’s License (required)
