An exciting opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide impactful services across multiple school sites near Boston, MA. This contract role extends through the 2026-2027 academic year and involves supporting students, staff, and paraprofessionals through data-driven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Active Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) issued by Massachusetts Allied Mental Health division.
- Experience developing and overseeing Behavior Intervention Plans in educational settings.
- Proficiency in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Strong background in data collection, graphing, and progress monitoring for IEP documentation.
- Demonstrated success supervising, training, and modeling best practices for 1:1 paraprofessionals, RBTs, and teaching staff.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish highly preferred.
Role Responsibilities:
- Work across 2–3 school locations within the district to address student needs.
- Complete comprehensive FBAs and regularly revise individualized Behavior Intervention Plans.
- Collect and analyze behavioral data, prepare progress graphs, and present findings for IEP team meetings.
- Provide intensive coaching, training, and modeling for classroom staff and paraprofessionals.
- Maintain compliance with district and state ABA service documentation requirements.
- Foster positive, collaborative relationships with students, staff, and families.
