Seize the opportunity to make a meaningful impact as a Behavior Analyst in a dynamic school environment near Boston. This contract position spans multiple school buildings, offering variety and a chance to collaborate across different teams. You’ll support students by conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, developing and updating Behavior Intervention Plans, and translating data into actionable insights for IEP meetings. An essential part of your role will be coaching paraprofessionals, RBTs, and teachers, ensuring high-quality behavior support across the district.
What’s needed for this opportunity:
- Active BCBA certification
- Valid Massachusetts LABA (Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst) license
- Experience in school settings preferred
- Proficiency in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and data-driven report writing
- Expertise in designing, implementing, and modifying Behavior Intervention Plans
- Solid background in supervising and mentoring education staff, including paraprofessionals, RBTs, and classroom teachers
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish is highly desirable
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting a multi-building caseload (2–3 school sites)
- Conducting thorough Functional Behavior Assessments
- Developing and refining Behavior Intervention Plans in alignment with each student’s needs
- Collecting, graphing, and analyzing data, then sharing progress at IEP meetings
- Leading staff training sessions, modeling behavior techniques, and giving actionable feedback
- Serving as a proactive collaborator with school teams and families
