About the Role This partnership-track opportunity offers the chance to work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions as part of a nationally recognized practice. You'll collaborate with a team of experienced real estate attorneys handling complex matters across the U.S. Advise clients on complex commercial real estate transactions. Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, leases and joint venture agreements. Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, financings and development projects. Assist with sophisticated leasing matters across multiple asset classes. Work closely with partners and clients on high-value transactions from inception through closing. Qualifications 3-5 years of commercial real estate experience at a large law firm. Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing and/or development matters.
